I searched for other options and tried (** Affiliate link) Gevalia's Cold Brew Concentrate (Caramel) with mixed results. I found the flavor to be lacking and watered down no matter how much liquid I used. I had also purchased and used several times, a pitcher like this, but was never blown away by the outcome either. I found the coffee made to have that typical medicine-quality that a lot of cold brews have and that flavor is certainly more stomach-turning than enjoyable. Plus, it's not exactly the most exciting chore when you're feeling lazy and just want a quick fix.
I'm not the biggest fan of instant coffee given past experiences, but this (** Affiliate link) Caffe D'Vita Simply Iced Coffee was a delightful surprise. It's boldly flavored no matter how much soy/milk added and I really like that it's pre-sweetened, saving that extra step. The caffeine content seems decent too. This might even cut down on the brewing in the mornings too when one just isn't feeling warm coffee and the wait. I wish I had found it sooner.
